Nickname:  I have never really had one that stuck.

But Pinky in the Navy, Eggo through most of school, Shadow by my cousin who I used to follow around when I was younger.

What’s your story?

I asked AI to help me with this one:

"Depends on the chapter you catch me in. Right now, I’m somewhere between grounding in the physical and expanding into the unseen."

"My story? It’s a journey of exploration—of self, of others, of the world. I’m a seeker, a guide, and a student all at once. Life keeps unfolding, and I’m just here to experience it fully."

I was born in some random hospital in Guatemala, came to the US when I was 10. Found love, lost love, fortunate enough to love. Learned some lessons, made some mistakes, there have been ups there have been down, as there usually is when one lives in NYC. Joined the Navy as an electrician, did a thing or two, saw a few more. Been here and a little bit over there.

I found passion for Yoga as I searched for healing, I found compassion in sharing that healing with others.

My biggest passions?

Living, breathing, loving…sleeping, food, laughter…music, art, cooking…cats, dogs, animals…making lists, reading quotes I hope to reuse one day, yoga.

“…every means should be used to prolong the “life” in the body which has been given to you. It should be respected and well-used. Do not sit and pine over your confinement in this life—you will never have another chance to live out just the experiences you are getting now—make the best of it. Your “life” is a glorious thing, and you should live always in the “Now” stage, extracting to the fullest joy which should come with each moment of life to the advanced human.”

“Live out each moment of your life, in a normal, healthy, clean way, always knowing it for what it is, and worrying not about the past or future. You are in eternity now as much as you ever will be—so why not make the most of it. It is always “Now” in life—and the supply of “Nows” never fails.”

How do you plan on changing the world?

Doing the best I can.

How many passport stamps do I have?

I am pretty sure it’s just one.
