What’s your story?
When I began my yoga teacher training at Revolution I did so with the intent of deepening my own practice while learning about yogic philosophy and Ayurveda. I soon discovered that teaching others would be the path I walked down with the wonderful support of mentor teachers.
My biggest passions?
I am now so grateful to have the opportunity to share my passion with others. My own daily yoga practice not only keeps me moving but it brings me joy and peace in equal measures. I love the variety that yoga offers my body, mind and spirit. I can rely on my practice to support me through all of life’s ups and downs. I believe that yoga does and should look different in each and every body and I feel privileged to assist my students in finding what is best for them.
How do you plan on changing the world?
I don’t plan on changing the world. I’m happy just to be part of it and spread a little love wherever I can.How many passport stamps to I have?
I was born in Scotland and went to college in England. I visited France, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Russia before coming to the States when I was 23.
