What’s your story?
Jennifer Myers is an experienced professional dancer who has dedicated over a decade to studying the art of movement. She strongly believes that movement is a form of therapy for the mind, body, and soul. Jennifer strives to help her students discover their own unique voice and breath through dynamic vinyasa flows, intentional movement, and supportive encouragement with a touch of humor. Jennifer creates a welcoming and safe environment for her students to explore each pose, breath, and movement with spirit and authenticity. She firmly believes in the power of drishti, the point of focus, and surrendering into the flow.
Jennifer is not only a talented yoga teacher but also a certified women's circle facilitator. She hosts monthly women's moon circles that include meditation, breathwork, journaling, and spiritual rituals. She also offers group-coaching gatherings and one-on-one life coaching sessions for her students.
What are your biggest passions in life?
Jennifer also shares her expertise by leading training sessions for both new and seasoned yoga teachers. These sessions cover a range of topics, including the business of yoga and the art of holding space. With her extensive experience and passion for yoga, movement, and spirituality, Jennifer empowers her students to transform their practice and their lives.
How do you plan on changing the world?
