What’s your story?
My sister was my first yoga teacher and the one I was with when we stumbled onto Revolution Yoga 8 years ago while she was visiting from Massachusetts. She was the one who told me “This is where you need to practice”. It had that feeling of love. This community welcomed me and felt like family almost immediately. I’ve always felt compelled to teach and to deepen my own practice. The opportunity finally came in the Fall of 2022. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Revolution Yoga in December 2022 and hit the ground running teaching at the place I call my second home, REV.
What are your biggest passions in life?
My passions center around my friends and family, especially my supportive husband, Joe, and two amazing daughters, Caroline and Hanna. I love to travel whenever I can find the time. I love beach days in the summer, the mountains in the winter to hit the slopes and long walks with my rescue hound mix, Rosie.
How do you plan on changing the world?
My goals are to spread the love and benefits of yoga to more people one student at a time and to continue to take the yogic philosophies off the mat into my everyday life. How many passport stamps do you have?
12- Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, England, Ireland, Portugal, Canada, Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
